Got Goals?

My goal is to pay attention in class and follow the teacher's directions.  I chose this because lots of times my grades are bad because I didn't bother listening to the teacher's instructions.  If I do better with listening, then I think my grades will improve.

I have progressed a lot this year. When I walked into the room on the first day of school, I was VERY unorganized and pretty irresponsible.I just assumed I would remember everything I needed to do.  I didn't have the "alarm bell" to listen to the teacher's instructions. Now I pay attention and write down stuff in my agenda that I know I need to do.  Also I have a note on my mirror that reminds me to check my agenda every day. I have set alarms on my iPad, which has really helped me.  I also have phone numbers of friends so I can call them if I can't remember something. This has helped my grades improve like I had hoped. I hope next year I can improve even more!!!

I got in trouble today for reading when I should have been working on my California map.  I think I was daydreaming when Queen Bee was telling everyone to get out their map.  I need to do better tomorrow.  GOOD EXAMPLE!!

Wow! I shocked myself!  I got in trouble on Monday for not doing my Word Power.  But I listened to the teacher and showed HUGE effort on Tuesday!  Hooray!  I rocked it!  GOOD EXAMPLE!!

I have been on the dock 3 days this week.  So that means I have NOT been listening!  So I am kind of ticked off at myself because I hate missing recess.  I am going to try for only 1 time on the door next week.  OR maybe even perfect but that's pretty hard.  GOOD EXAMPLE!!
